The easiest way to determine your skin type is to observe how your skin behaves several hours after cleansing. If it becomes oily all over, you likely have oily skin. If it feels tight and flaky, you probably have dry skin. Combination skin is oily in the T-zone but dry elsewhere. Normal skin feels balanced, while sensitive skin reacts easily to products or environmental factors.

The general rule is to apply products from thinnest to thickest consistency. A basic routine would be: cleanser, toner, serums, moisturizer, and sunscreen (in the morning). If using multiple serums, apply water-based ones before oil-based ones. Treatment products like retinol or exfoliating acids typically go after toner but before moisturizer.

Many of our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. Look for products labeled "For Sensitive Skin" or with a "Gentle Formula" tag. These products are typically free from common irritants like artificial fragrances, alcohols, and harsh surfactants. If you have extremely sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test before full application.

For products targeting concerns like hyperpigmentation or fine lines, it typically takes 4-8 weeks to see noticeable results, as this aligns with your skin's natural renewal cycle. Consistency is key for long-term benefits.
